Bio

Isaac is a true New Yorker, having lived in three NYC boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, and the Catskills. This diverse background has given him a deep understanding of different cultures and communities, which he brings to his work as a restaurant owner. Isaac's culinary journey began in college as a summer line cook at Bá and Me, a Zagat-rated Vietnamese eatery in the Poconos. After graduating university, he was mentored by Alex Dzieduszycki, founder of Terra Chips and former Sous Chef to the legendary Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Isaac is a graduate of Fordham University and The Dalton School.
