Gracie Market was founded in 2022 with one clear goal: to bring excellent food and service to the Highland Falls and West Point community. What started as a humble coffee shop has grown into something more, a place where we strive to offer a wide range of delicious food, much like what you might find at a Panera Bread.
As a native New Yorker, I’ve always believed in the energy and ambition that the city embodies. When I came to Highland Falls, I wanted to bring some of that spirit to Main Street, to breathe new life into a village that has seen its share of hard times. To do that, we’ve sought out the best talent, because standing out from the crowd means having a team that’s dedicated and passionate.
Looking ahead, our hope is to expand the services we offer, always with the aim of uplifting our community. We know that our neighbors have faced many challenges, and we’re here to be a part of the renewal.
